Role Summary
The Process Architect is responsible for defining and governing end-to-end supply chain planning business processes aligned to the Kinaxis planning platform. This role ensures that planning processes across demand, supply, and S&OP are clearly defined, standardized, and effectively enabled through Kinaxis.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and design end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
· Translate business strategy into future-state planning process designs, workflows, and decision frameworks.
· Lead business process workshops and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
· Define planning horizons, scenario management, and exception handling processes.
· Create and maintain process models and documentation using process modelling tools(preferably Signavio).
· Ensure business processes are aligned with Kinaxis capabilities and industry best practices.
· Partner with Solution Architects and Consultants to ensure accurate process-to-system translation.
· Support change management, user adoption, and ongoing process governance post go-live.
Qualifications, Experience and skills
· 15+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Process Consulting.
· Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes and optimization concepts.
· At least 3 Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations.
· Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and processes.
· Proven experience creating process models using modelling tools (preferably SAP Signavio).
· Experience defining future-state processes, operating models, and governance frameworks.
· Ability to work with senior business stakeholders and lead process design workshops.
· Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
