Location: New York City, NY (3 days/week onsite Hybrid)

Job Description

Client is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and AWS to support advanced AI initiatives for our end client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing LLM-based solutions in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy NLP and LLM-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Implement and manage Model Control Plane (MCP) frameworks for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and governance.
• Build and optimize machine learning models, with exposure to classical ML techniques applied to structured and large-scale datasets.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.
• Leverage AWS cloud services for scalable, secure, and high-performance AI applications.
• Maintain and support applications running on Linux-based environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs) with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven experience implementing and managing MCP (Model Control Plane) solutions.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and Linux servers.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience applying classical machine learning models to structured big data.
• Prior experience in the Equities or Financial Services domain is strongly preferred.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite per week in New York City.
