Job Title: Hardware System Engineer

Location: Cupertino, CA

Job Details:        

• We are seeking enthusiastic System Engineers to join our team. This candidate will work closely with multi-functional team to develop complex analysis tools to characterize hardware products.
• This position will be based in Cupertino and will have an active engagement with the Hardware, Module and Design & Validation teams.

Must Have: -

• BSEE / MSEE; Failure Analysis, Scripting knowledge
• Scripting [Python proficiency] - important with Basic EE knowledge [Need to understand the existing script and modify them]
• Data analysis & understanding of high-volume data handling, data distribution, statistics, etc...
• Linux / MAC - OS
• Familiar with system level FA - no hands-on experience needed
• Familiar with USB, SPI, I2C, etc... interfaces

Required Experience and Skills

• MS in Electrical Engineering with 1 to 2 years of experience.
• Exposure to functional verification specifically with consumer electronics
• Strong understanding in Electrical fundamentals.
• Strong Hardware Failure Analysis skills required.
• Preferred to have scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Unix)
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills - strong technical writing
• Confirmed ability to work independently under high pressure and dynamic environment
