Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and customize applications using Microsoft .NET Core, .NET Framework, and Angular 18 or Blazor for UI
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging C#, Visual Studio 2022 , and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Collaborate with business analysts and co-developers to design application architecture and features.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Core.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology including C# Visual Studio, Sql Server (SSMS).
• Develop and maintain Web APIs using .net Core and should have understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Develop front end UI with Angular 18 and Blazor and propose ground up architecture for new projects.
• Design and maintain DB Schemas and proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.
• Experience with TypeScript, CSS, Javascript and jQuery
• Experience in writing integration tests for APIs and front-end applications as well as unit tests.
• Familiarity to design and implement data models and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.

1. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

Years Required/Preferred Experience

10 Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs.

10 Required Experience with SQL Server and database design, entity framework, schema design, stored procedures, SSRS

10 Required 10 Experience with evolving UI technologies starting from HTML, Typescript, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Blazor, react

7 Required Experience with Entity Framework Core for ORM-based database operations.

5 Required Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools. Proficiency in writing unit tests using Unit framework.

5 Required Strong Architecture design skills for implementing project from scratch. Must reflect this in the last 3 years of exp

3 Required SSIS Packages, cron jobs, schedulers, background jobs maintenance.

3 Required Familiarity with Angular CLI, Angular Material, and RxJS.

3 Required Designing responsive and ADA compliant websites. Understands ADA 508 implementations.

2 Required Familiarity with Dynatrace, Windows Server troubleshooting, event logs for performance monitoring.

1 Preferred Arc GIS Software

1 Preferred Department of Education would be helpful to understand the domain.
