Overview

Client is seeking a dependable and highly organized IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives supporting student systems, student records, and academic program expansion. This role requires a strong communicator who can build relationships, hold stakeholders accountable, and keep projects moving forward in a complex, cross-functional environment.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in higher education

Experience managing projects involving enterprise systems (SIS, ERP, or similar platforms)

Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward, hold team members and vendors accountable, and keep work on track

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to build trust and collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable, with strong follow-through

Experience working with Admissions & Records, Student Services, or Registrar-related systems (strong plus)

Familiarity with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and/or Oracle platforms (preferred)

Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and changing priorities
