Title: Data Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 1 year contract + extensions
Rate: $30-$37/hr

Data is the new gold. Digitalization is generating large quantities of data, and when paired with intelligent automation, it is transforming how work is done across Engineering. You will be part of the Engineering Digital Transformation (EDT) initiative within Global Engineering at Client, focused on digitizing and automating how we deliver capital projects and manage the full lifecycle of our assets. EDT supports Engineering Project Delivery across Plan, Design, Build, Test, Operate & Maintain, and Dispose, including Environmental Sustainability, Health & Safety.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience processing, filtering, cleaning, and standardizing large datasets.
- Ability to restructure, pivot, and reform data based on current needs
- Experience with Python data libraries such as Numpy and Pandas.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, and Spotfire.

- Intellectual curiosity with ability to learn new concepts, scripts, and methods.
- Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

- Experience in the biotechnology industry is NOT required
