- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementation for patient services, including project scoping, planning, execution, and closure
- Should have domain knowledge of Pharma and specially in Patient Services Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders in patient access, reimbursement, clinical operations, and IT to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources, while anticipating and mitigating risks
- Oversee configuration, development, integration, testing, and launch of the Health Cloud platform tailored for patient services
- Drive cross-functional engagement, change management, user adoption, and training for operational teams
- Monitor project performance, report progress, ensure quality assurance, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on track
- Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, data security, etc.) and best practices in handling patient data
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and care teams, serving as a liaison and communication bridge
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation for better patient care
