Director of Billing & Revenue Cycle Operations

Our Los Angeles clients is seeking a Director of Billing & Revenue Cycle Operations to lead all billing and revenue cycle functions for a specialized children's hospital.

This position works onsite in Los Angeles and partners closely with hospital leadership to ensure accurate and compliant revenue cycle performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of healthcare billing and revenue cycle experience
• Hands-on experience with Epic Revenue Cycle applications (required)
• Strong knowledge of California billing regulations and payers, including Medi-Cal
• Experience overseeing coding, billing, denials, payment posting, and patient billing functions
• Proven leadership experience managing teams
