SAP Financials SME

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior SAP Financials SME to lead enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP initiatives. This role provides strategic and hands-on leadership across SAP Financials and core modules, driving integration, modernization, and alignment between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA design and delivery across FI/CO and core modules
• Drive SAP integration strategy using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CI, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation, cloud migration, and clean-core adoption
• Ensure seamless integration with non-SAP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan, legacy platforms)
• Provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise SAP initiatives

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience with 3+ full lifecycle implementations
• 5+ years hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience
• 3+ years experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture (on-prem, cloud, hybrid)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications (BTP, Integration, S/4HANA)
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Intelligence, or AI Core
• Agile / DevOps experience in SAP environments
