MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide technical and automation consulting services to ITG and Business Units
•Conduct architectural evaluation, design and analysis of information and process systems
•Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust system solutions
•Develop, enhance and maintain established service design procedures and processes to assure apt and robust solution and service design
•Partner with Enterprise Architecture with the automation team to assure constant compliance of strategic blueprints and architecture
•Review process assessments and understand applications of automation technology in different business domains
•Identify reusable components, manage configurable parameters, queues and robot schedules
•Drive design best practices, troubleshoot design/code related issues
•Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and automation solutions around them
•Develop and maintain automation testing best practices and standards for enterprise use
•Works directly with automation community to be a point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and review
•Establish and support service management standards for automation
•Executes against enterprise-wide, cross-functional automation initiatives
