Controls Project Manager within our HVAC division, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for planning, executing, and delivering building automation and control systems projects. Operating with general direction, you will oversee all phases of assigned projects while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HVAC controls projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.
- Perform or delegate project tasks such as hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and documentation completion.
- Provide direction and oversight to subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff.
- Manage overall project financials, including cost control, billing accuracy, and collection oversight.
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout all project phases and actively pursue and manage change orders.
- Ensure all work complies with federal, state, and local regulations, while upholding the highest standards of safety and ethics.
- Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability and operational efficiency.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
