Experience Required:

Act as the AEM domain expert for content architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices

Lead AEM SaaS administration activities, including user access, permissions, environments, workflows, and basic configuration

Define and govern content models, templates, components, and taxonomy aligned with business and UX needs

Drive content design standards, reusability, and scalability across multiple digital channels

Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM-ready designs

Ensure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and accessibility standards

Support content authors and business users with AEM authoring guidance and best practices

Provide oversight on AEM integrations, release readiness, and platform stability

Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement"
