Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Agile Delivery Lead for one or more squads, ensuring disciplined execution of ops-heavy product streams.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, maintaining delivery plans and team alignment.
• Track and analyze flow metrics (cycle time, throughput) to improve predictability and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments to maintain smooth execution.
• Build and maintain Alteryx workflows for tactical process automation and operational optimization.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align on business outcomes and priorities.
• Ensure backlog clarity with well-defined definition of ready/done for all deliverables.
• Drive incremental value delivery through continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Provide strong stakeholder communication and coordination across business and technology teams.
• Apply proven Agile delivery leadership experience, including Scrum Master responsibilities.

Required Education:  At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
