We are seeking a
Migration Architect to lead the migration of a SharePoint portal from On-Prem to Cloud, ensuring a seamless and secure transition.

Responsibilities
- Lead the overall architecture for the SharePoint migration project including SPO setup
- Design scalable and compliant cloud solutions aligned with enterprise IT policies
- Integrate Microsoft Power Platform and Azure AD into the migration strategy
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met throughout the project
- Present and defend solution and architecture approaches to the Enterprise Architecture Board
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful migration and integration
- Evaluate and implement Nintex Workflow automation to enhance processes
- Develop and maintain detailed architecture documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks related to cloud migration
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor project progress and adjust architecture as needed
- Advise on best practices for cloud and hybrid environments
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft cloud architecture
- Proven expertise in hybrid coexistence and app registration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Nintex Automation Cloud is advantageous
- In-depth understanding of security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience presenting to enterprise architecture boards or similar governance bodies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading or managing architectural aspects of IT projects
- Proficient in English language at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or above
