responsibilities:
- 6+ years of analyst experience delivering Marketing focused digital solutions of high value
- Proficient in conducting technical and business analysis, gathering and writing requirements, designing and maintaining dynamic solutions & translating strategic objectives into technical roadmaps
- Can communicate effectively across workstreams (U/X, Content, Architecture, Engineering, Legal and Compliance teams) translating business and client needs into technical requirements
- An affinity for technology and knowledge of systems integration technologies and standards
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
- Proficient using Confluence & JIRA
- Familiarity with APIs and how to call them via an API tool is a plus (Insomnia / Bruno)
- Some familiarity with SQL and how to interpret/modify queries
- Basic knowledge of angular components and REST APIs is a plus
