Role Overview
This position is a true Salesforce Solutions Architect responsible for designing and guiding end-to-end Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle. The architect partners closely with business stakeholders and product teams to translate business needs into scalable, platform-aligned Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end Salesforce architectures, from concept through implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, clearly articulating Salesforce roadmaps, platform capabilities, and architectural trade-offs.
• Leverage Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities to drive intelligent, business-aligned solutions.
• Deeply understand business processes and proactively propose solutions that maximize the Salesforce platform.
• Challenge and influence product and delivery teams when proposed solutions do not align with business objectives or architectural best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance while remaining hands-on when needed (approximately 75% advisory / 25% hands-on).
• Collaborate across teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using tools such as MuleSoft and Data360.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall application development and/or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce solution architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience working within an established development lifecycle.
• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications strongly preferred, especially:
  • Salesforce Application Architect
  • Salesforce System Architect
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience influencing architectural decisions and challenging assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes

Hybrid Job Description:

• The Salesforce Solution Architect leads end to end solution design across our Owner Lifecycle products spanning GOLS (Owner CRM), OLM, and adjacent systems to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable capabilities on the Salesforce platform. You will translate business outcomes into architecture, guide delivery teams, set standards and guardrails, and ensure designs integrate cleanly with enterprise systems (e.g., MuleSoft APIs, Kafka events) and data governance.
