We have Immediate opening for a Network Infrastructure Analyst Mid with strong hands-on experience to support a long-term engagement with our client. Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Role: Network Infrastructure Analyst Mid

Location: New York City, NY (Onsite)

Experience with but not limited to the following technology:

• Demonstrated technical experience.
• Relevant engineering certifications focusing on audio-visual and conference room equipment such as Microsoft Surface HUB and PolyCom.
• CTS Certification.
• Implementing audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms.
• Supporting Teams and Zoom collaboration technologies.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Project management.
• Vendor management.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
• Service-Now
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
