We're partnering with a leading retail organization seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP professional who can drive innovation and efficiency across finance systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to Finance and Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Champion enhancements and integrations within Oracle Cloud ERP to optimize financial workflows.
- Lead initiatives that support automation, scalability, and digital transformation across the enterprise.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain financial applications.
- Uphold compliance standards while improving reporting accuracy and system performance.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of functional experience with Oracle ERP systems.
- 3+ years working hands-on with Oracle Cloud /Fusion in Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Projects, Financial Close).
- Broad exposure to enterprise applications such as ERP, EPM, EDM, ADW, CDM, MDM, and related platforms.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and project management capabilities.
- Background in financial systems and regulatory compliance within complex organizations.
