Job Description:

Role Overview:

• We are looking for a senior leader with hands-on and strategic experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning to drive enterprise AI initiatives.
• This role will lead AI solution design, delivery, and adoption while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end GenAI and ML initiatives, from use-case identification to production deployment
• Define AI strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned with business objectives
• Architect and oversee solutions using LLMs, ML models, and AI platforms
• Partner with business leaders to translate problems into scalable AI solutions
• Manage and mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and AI teams
• Ensure responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance standards
• Drive vendor evaluation, PoCs, and enterprise AI adoption

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLMs
• Hands-on knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI toolkits
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar)
• Understanding of model lifecycle, MLOps, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale AI programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or conversational AI
• Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations
• Background in consulting or large enterprise AI transformation programs
