Summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Technician to support a leading innovator in industrial manufacturing in Austin, TX. This is your opportunity to work with flashlamp-based tools that are transforming the industry - all while being part of a team that values precision, innovation, and efficiency.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do


As a Production Technician, you'll assemble and integrate advanced photonic curing systems by following detailed wiring schematics and production plans.

Daily Responsibilities:


  • Assemble control panels, wire harnesses, and signal enclosures.

  • Install and integrate electromechanical components into cabinets, chassis, and consoles.

  • Perform precise electrical assembly tasks using tools such as crimpers, strippers, and cutters.

  • Conduct self-inspections and assist with final testing.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Support additional tasks as needed to meet production goals.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of technical assembly experience.

  • Class 1 soldering skills (certification preferred).

  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and safely work around chemicals/hazardous materials as required.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
