Jr. Full-Stack Developer

Summary
We are seeking a Jr. Full-Stack developer to support and enhance our client’s core software platform. The position involves maintaining existing systems, building new product features, and contributing to scalability efforts within a Grails-based environment. The ideal candidate can ramp up quickly, collaborate closely with Business and DevOps teams, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. The organization is mission-driven, focused on improving healthcare through meaningful outcomes data. Responsibilities

Improve Web UI to streamline user workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and develop new product modules.
Partner with the Architecture and DevOps teams on platform scalability.
Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure delivery timelines.
Develop logic to extract and process data from customer medical-record systems.

Requirements

Experience with Groovy or other JVM languages (Java, Scala), SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
Familiarity with Grails, MySQL, Linux, and Apache.
Experience with AWS and Ansible.
Experience using Git for version control.
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation, Spring).
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
