Summary

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText Consultant to support the migration of unstructured content from legacy SAP systems to SAP RISE Cloud, and to implement Sales Order Automation functionality using OpenText. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP Content Server, OpenText Extended ECM, and integration with SAP modules (SD/MM/FI).
Key Responsibilities: Sales Order Automation Implementation:- Configure and deploy OpenText Sales Order Automation (SOA) in SAP RISE.
- Analyze setup in legacy environment and bring the historic data to SAP RISE as needed.
- Ensure accurate linkage of migrated documents to SAP objects in the RISE Cloud OpenText system.
- Perform validation and reconciliation of migrated content.
- Collaborate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams for connectivity and access.
- Integrate SOA with SAP SD module for automated processing of inbound sales orders.
- Workflow and SAP customizations related to BCC applications in SAP
- Define and implement business rules for document classification, data extraction, and workflow routing.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of automation workflows.
- SAP OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and Archive Center
- OpenText Sales Order Automation (SOA)
- SAP Content Server and ArchiveLink integration
- SAP SD/MM/FI module knowledge for document linkage
- Experience in migrating selective documents from on prem to OpenText cloud
- Deep understanding of OpenText components and its usage for SAP and non-SAP applications
- Experience with Document Pipeline, OCR/ICR technologies, and Business Workflows
- 7+ years of experience in SAP and OpenText content management
- Proven track record in SAP data/content migration projects
- Strong understanding of SAP document management and business process automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Migration strategy and execution plan
