Job Title: UNIX/Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced UNIX/Linux Systems Administrator with 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Linux environments. This role focuses on system administration, automation, security, and performance optimization in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9) systems

• Perform server builds, configurations, patching, and upgrades

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues

• Address OS security vulnerabilities and support compliance initiatives

• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible

• Manage Linux management tools and support infrastructure changes

• Provide performance tuning support for database servers

• Participate in a rotating on-call support schedule

• Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with IT teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with RHEL 8/9 administration and patch management

• Hands-on Ansible automation and playbook development

• Linux security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

• Monitoring tools and virtualization (VMware) experience

• Server migration and infrastructure support experience

• Solid TCP/IP networking knowledge
