We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join a high-energy trading floor environment. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, works well under pressure, and collaborates closely with traders, quants, and technology teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
W2 role only
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications supporting trading operations
- Work closely with front-office teams on the trading floor to deliver real-time solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a strong sense of urgency
- Optimize applications for low latency, performance, and reliability
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on .NET development experience (C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core)
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreading
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Ability to work closely with business users and adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
