Job Description:

• A typical M365 Product Owner Specialist role involves a blend of technical knowledge and strategic business functions -
• Developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for M365 tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business and users.
• Setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by a development team to ensure the highest-value features and improvements are delivered.
• Driving adoption, managing organizational change, and promoting best practices across the organization to enhance collaboration and productivity.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
• Customer Success and Communication Strategy
• Operational and Financial Oversight

• 5+ years experience in identifying product opportunities and defining product problems.
• Ability to drive product solutions across Microsoft s ecosystem.
• Familiarity with SaaS product development and lifecycle management.
• Blend product management with technical program management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with designers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders.

• Market research and competitive analysis.
• Product road mapping and documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools.
• Data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Typically 3+ years in product management. Internships or junior PM roles are acceptable for entry-level positions.
