Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Subject Matter Expert (Plan to Manufacture) with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing and SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

1. Oracle EBS Manufacturing & SCM Expertise
Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects involving Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules
Strong functional knowledge of BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS, Inventory Planning, and ATP
Expertise in Inventory, Costing, Bill of Materials, Work in Progress, Quality, Purchase Orders, and Order Management (including Pricing)

2. Technical & Development Skills
Strong technical proficiency in Oracle EBS R12 including SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, Reports, UNIX, AOL, and RICE components
Experience with form personalizations and supporting custom developments

3. Client Interaction & Support Collaboration
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Experience working with Oracle SR teams, DBAs, and support groups to resolve complex issues and ensure system stability
