Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support complex, cross-functional initiatives as we transition to a product-based operating model. This role requires someone who is highly technical, comfortable working in fast-paced environments, and able to manage multiple moving parts without requiring constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strong liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, with the ability to speak, understand, and translate technical concepts.
- Go beyond gathering requirements by actively contributing to solution design and execution.
- Support and manage large-scale initiatives, including:
- Implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS)
- Migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Partner with division planning and analytics teams prior to execution to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks to support product teams and ongoing delivery.
- Manage competing priorities, delegate effectively, and operate under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments (not junior or mid-level).
- Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and delivery (Jira experience alone is not sufficient).
- Ability to manage complexity, multiple stakeholders, and shifting priorities without burnout or overnight dependency.
- Experience supporting or transitioning to a product-based delivery model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background as a traditional Business Analyst with strong technical fluency.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or Salesforce implementations.
