Your expertise spans both back-end and front?end technologies, and you are comfortable working across cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and documentation. Above all, you are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact- on your team, your product, and the broader industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a dynamic software development team focused on our Swarm solution for space operations and training.
Mentoring, coaching, and providing career guidance to developers through regular 1:1s and team meetings.
Managing hiring, performance appraisals, and supporting the professional growth of your team members.
Collaborating with project management and technical leads to define and execute project roadmaps and deliverables.
Ensuring timely releases with robust feature sets, proactively preventing schedule slippages and quality issues.
Coordinating with Quality Assurance and Documentation teams to uphold high standards for software releases and documentation.
Enforcing best practices in coding standards, code reviews, configuration management, and test coverage.
Leading planning, architecture, and sprint development at the project level, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Coordinating complex project design and development activities, including user experience and solution deployment.
Engaging directly with strategic customers or partners to assess needs and develop tailored solutions.
The Impact You Will Have:
