Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with exposure to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, a newly launched Salesforce industry cloud (released September 2025). The ideal candidate will have a strong Salesforce architecture background and the ability to design, implement, and scale solutions tailored for Life Sciences organizations. Given the emerging nature of this technology, candidates with hands-on experience, pilot implementations, or early-adopter exposure are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Lead solution design for data models, integrations, security, and compliance in Life Sciences environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, data platforms, third-party applications) using APIs and middleware.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and architectural standards.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
• Support deployment, performance optimization, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect (Enterprise / Solution / Technical Architect).
• Hands-on experience or demonstrable exposure to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Industry Clouds.
