Qualifications
5 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking or financial services
Strong understanding of billing systems, financial data, and downstream reporting
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

What You ll Do
Analyze customer billing and financial data to support business decisions and regulatory needs
Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements based on data findings
Partner with technology, operations, and product teams to ensure accurate interpretation of business needs
Create artifacts including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data mappings, and gap analyses
Support initiatives across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and validation
Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and working sessions to drive clarity and alignment
Assist with testing activities by validating outputs against documented requirements
Ensure solutions align with banking standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements
Identify process improvement opportunities related to billing, reporting, and data quality.
