Fluent Spanish-speaking ability
Ability to travel to Mexico once a month (No visa restrictions)

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant, fluent in Spanish, to support financial accounting and controlling operations. This role includes close collaboration with finance teams to enhance processes and ensure efficient and compliant SAP functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end SAP FICO support including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize workflows and drive best practice implementation.
Support both new SAP FICO implementations and ongoing maintenance activities.
Work onsite with local finance and operations teams during monthly visits to Mexico (Monterrey).

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
Fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and English (preferred).
Ability and willingness to travel to Mexico monthly.

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of LATAM tax compliance and localization requirements.
Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM / SD modules.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
