Summary

Minimum 15+ years of experience in Desktop / End-User Computing support.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS imaging, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of Exchange Online, Office 365 Administration, and Office 365 ProPlus, including issue resolution and user support.
Solid experience with Intune / Mobile Device Management (MDM), including BYOD device enrollment and management.
Proven expertise in managing Android and iOS devices within enterprise environments.
Extensive experience providing C-Level / Executive (Suite) support, including white-glove support for senior leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite corporate environment.
