This role is designed to bring deep SQL and Python expertise to improve data processing speed, modernize ETL workflows, and reduce operational strain on the current analytics team. Prior experience working with
higher-education or similarly complex institutional data environments is highly preferred, due to the sensitive and nuanced nature of the data involved.

- Highly Proficient in Python: Python is a critical skill in this role. You will use Python to move and transform data, optimize ETL workflows, automate processing tasks, and reduce overall pipeline execution time.
- Proficiency in Power BI (data connectivity focus): Experience connecting datasets to Power BI is required. While this role does not focus on dashboard design, you will ensure data is structured, performant, and reliable for consumption by reporting and analytics teams.
Employee Value Proposition- This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting data storytelling that directly influences student success, retention, and long-term growth.
- You will have the chance to become a long-term member of a growing analytics organization, expand your skill set, and help build out a high-performing data team.
- The team culture is highly collaborative, with close daily interaction and shared ownership of outcomes.
