Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote but candidate must be generally able to work 9:00-5:00 Eastern
Type: Full time
Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in Salesforce development with demonstrated project
success
Strong understanding of core Salesforce architecture, object model, and security
model
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and
integrations
Agile development experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed cross-functional team
Required Certifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer or Salesforce Certified
OmniStudio Consultant
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification
Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
Experience working with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD processes
Familiarity with Experience Cloud development and digital experiences
Prior experience supporting government or public sector clients
Willingness to maintain and earn new Salesforce certifications as needed
