Web Developer (Drupal 10 / Acquia)

The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking an experienced Web Developer to support and maintain the im.tea.texas.gov Drupal web application. This role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, security updates, and ongoing feature enhancements in a highly reliable environment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in custom Drupal modules and themes

• Manage Acquia Cloud deployments, including Git branching, merging, and release pipelines

• Perform Drupal core updates, security patching, and compatibility checks

• Monitor application performance and health using New Relic and Acquia alerts

• Resolve CSV import/export and JSON data synchronization issues

• Support database backups, restores, and rollback procedures

• Implement front-end updates using CSS and JavaScript

• Provide production support and incident resolution as needed

• Drupal 10 development with custom modules and themes

• Strong experience with PHP (OOP), SQL, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX

• Acquia Cloud hosting and Git-based deployment workflows

• Production troubleshooting and performance monitoring

• Drush commands and Drupal data handling (CSV/JSON)
