Pricing Strategy & Analytics Manager

Direct-Hire opening for a senior-level pricing leader to drive acquisition, retention, and margin strategy within a subscription-based business. This role partners closely with sales and finance to build forward-looking pricing and profitability models and deliver executive-level insights.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of pricing strategy, financial modeling, advanced analytics, and executive communication, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in pricing strategy, FP&A/FPMA, or revenue strategy
• Strong experience with subscription or recurring revenue models
• Advanced financial and pricing modeling experience
• Hands-on SQL and Power BI (Excel expert level)
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience using SQL and Python for analytics or modeling (preferred, not required)
• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field
