Job Overview

A Quality Engineer works within manufacturing environments to maintain and improve product quality, compliance, and efficiency. They collaborate with production teams, suppliers, and management to identify issues, implement solutions, and ensure continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure products meet ISO standards and company specifications.
Process Improvement: Use tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and 5S to reduce defects and optimize workflows.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain quality records, create reports, and support audits.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, suppliers) to resolve quality concerns.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.

Experience

Open to entry level candidates with manufacturing internship experience-ideal for entry-level candidates looking to start in quality engineering.
