Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant
Location: Newark, NJ 
Duration: 5+ Months 
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days Onsite / 2 days remote (no exceptions). 

Complete Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical candidate whose concentration has been coding and working under the hood. We are not looking for a functional consultant who has done some coding.
This is a great opportunity to work on a New Oracle HCM implementation. It is our expectation that each candidate you submit be Technically Screened to make sure they have the skills the client needs.
Candidate must have a minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).

Expectations:
 - Candidate must experience with multiple Oracle HCM Implementations
 - Candidate must have experience training and mentoring teams
- Candidate should have experience working with implementation partners and making sure they are in check
 - SQL Experience is needed and Python is a plus
