Skill: Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager

Skill: Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology

Education: reference for a degree in Finance or IT

• Skill: 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Skill: 5+ years of experience working with Child Support systems
• Skill: 5+ years of experience working with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation
• Skill: 5+ years of experience with workflow design and system enhancement
• Skill: 5+ years of experience conducting Stakeholder Interviews
• Skill: 5+ years with SQL Querying

Education: Bachelor's degree

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• During this assignment, the financial business analyst will report to the State functional manager to provide status updates on assigned tasks. The resource should be able to work independently with minimum guidance to enhance the current application s user interface to be interactive and self-guided primarily in financial areas of SC Child Support Application.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with the State Functional Manager and Business Analysts to identify areas for
• improvement within PACSS and deliver practical, actionable recommendations.
• Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and pain points.
• Design optimized workflows for complex processes in alignment with business requirements.
• Pro pose enhanced functionality for complex financial activities within PACSS.
• Design self-guiding workflows, including guided navigation, tooltips, and contextual assistance, for critical areas such as order entry and financial adjustments.
• Design user-friendly features such as step-by-step wizards, contextual help, and automated guidance to improve usability and reduce training needs.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews as needed to gain a comprehensive understanding business processes.
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases,and provide general assistance during testing activities.
• Participate in regular functional meetings focused on user-reported issues, enhancements, andbug triage to review progress, discuss solutions, and align on priorities
