Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to support the cross-functional rollout of a new tool integrating Outlook with CRM. The tool will automatically identify and sync MDP contacts and activity from email and calendar data into CRM, enabling richer client relationship insights and improved data quality.
The Implementation Lead will play a central role at the intersection of product, data, IT, and change management, serving as the connective tissue across all workstreams. This role will provide both program management and analytical support to ensure successful delivery, pilot execution, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities Program Management (PMO)
Drive overall coordination across product, data, IT, and change management workstreams. Maintain the integrated project plan, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. Lead preparation and organization of governance materials for Executive Committee, Operating Committee, Investment Committee, and Steer Co meetings. Ensure project artifacts and dashboards are current and accurate. Support issue resolution and escalation management across teams.
Pilot Design & Success Measurement
Support the design, planning, and execution of the pilot phase, including defining clear success criteria and metrics.Help capture and synthesize lessons learned and recommendations for scaling.Monitor pilot outcomes through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
Process & Technical Integration
Partner with IT and product teams to ensure technical dependencies and process flows between Outlook and CRM are clearly defined and aligned. Support process mapping and documentation to enable seamless adoption.Bring a systems-thinking mindset understanding how data, process, and technology interact to drive outcomes.
Data & Analysis
Conduct targeted analyses to support decision-making across workstreams. Translate data insights into implications for process, product, and change management.
Change & Communication Support
Collaborate with change management leads to support stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness activities. Develop materials and visuals that help explain complex ideas simply for leadership and project teams.
Qualifications
experience in program management, technology implementation, or operations, ideally within a technology-enabled change initiative. Demonstrated ability to apply project management best practices (e.g., milestone tracking, risk management, governance cadence). PMP or equivalent certification a plus Strong technical proficiency able to understand system architecture, data integration, and workflow design at a conceptual level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and use data to inform decisions. Comfort working directly with developers, architects, and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure progress on technical tasks Exposure to change management or transformation programs, with understanding of what drives adoption and behavioral change. Experience coordinating or managing projects involving multiple technical systems (e.g., Outlook, CRM, or similar enterprise applications).Experience supporting pilot-to-scale transitions preferred. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, IT, data, and change teams, and to influence without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Comfortable with technical concepts and capable of bridging between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
