Hiring: NetSuite Consultant (Part-Time, Onsite)
Location: 100% fully onsite near Corona, CA
Duration: 12 weeks starting in Feb 2026
Schedule: Up to 20 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, mornings)

About the Role

Partnered with a client who recently went live on NetSuite. They will need a hands-on expert to ensure a smooth transition and optimize our use of NetSuite across key modules.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the go-to NetSuite resource for a manufacturing facility (site furnishings).


• Support and troubleshoot Finance (FIN) module primarily; assist with P2P, Invoicing, Shipping.


• Partner with internal IT and small amount of business users to resolve issues and establish and improve workflows.


• Prepare for future enhancements (Production/Modeling) and integration with other systems like Salesforce.


• Provide guidance and training to ensure adoption and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• NetSuite expertise across Finance and related modules.


• Ability to work independently and adapt in a post-go-live environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills-comfortable with ambiguity and defining needs as they arise.


• Manufacturing experience a plus.
