Summary

Need only local candidates from Houston, TX

Role: RedHat Linux / Oracle Linux Administrator

Location: Houston, TX (5 days onsite)

Contract Duration: Multi Year

Requirement:

Minimum of three (7) years relevant Systems Administrator (Linux Administrator) experience including complex on-premises Oracle environments, scripting, and systems software and support.
Must have extensive knowledge of Red Hat Openshit.
Must have experience in the design, planning, and implementation of reliable enterprise level Linux systems.

Additional strong experience and/or knowledge of:

IBM Red Hat OpenShift
Oracle Linux and Red Hat Linux administration (7.x, 8.x)
Patch evaluation and deployment: Oracle OLM, ULN, yum, up2date
Enterprise Storage (Nimble)
Enterprise Backup Software (Veeam)
Enterprise Backup Hardware (Exagrid)
Bash shell scripting
Unix/Linux technologies: printing, nfs, ftp, sftp, scp, samba, apache
Oracle databases
VMware ESXi Server (7.x / 8.x)
Windows Server Technologies
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO s
PowerShell
