JOB DESCRIPTION:

"The Program Manager will lead enterprise-level initiatives to migrate Informatica-based Master Data Management (MDM) and ETL processes from on-premises infrastructure to a cloud platform (e.g., Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services - IICS, IDMC). This role requires strong technical expertise in Informatica tools, cloud migration strategies, and program governance.





Required Qualifications

Experience

o 10+ years in Program/Delivery Management for Informatica Power Centre to Cloud migration

o Proven track record in cloud migration projects, specifically Informatica MDM and ETL.

o Hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Skills

o Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and integration patterns.

o Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications

o PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.



Preferred Skills

Familiarity with cloud-native services and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Experience with migration accelerators and tools (e.g., Informatica Migration Factory, CDI).

Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in cloud environments."
