Our client is seeking an IT Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and execution of technology initiatives that directly support business growth and operational excellence. • Location: Commerce, CA
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140-150k/year

What You ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology projects, including hardware, software, and system implementations across the organization.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and testing to ensure new systems and restaurant locations are fully operational before launch.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Food & Beverage, and external vendors to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Oversee Point-of-Sale ecosystems, online ordering platforms, and omni-channel sales initiatives within a multi-unit environment.
• Mentor, coach, and support IT team members while managing workloads, priorities, and on-call support during critical rollouts.

What Gets You the Job:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, online ordering platforms, ERP, HR systems, and Microsoft-based technologies.
• Strong ability to document and manage business and technical requirements while translating needs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, work independently, and proactively resolve issues.
