Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – SAM

Clearance: Active Secret (Required)
Location: 100% Remote

Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow SAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow SAM Pro for a large federal enterprise. The role focuses on software license compliance, data accuracy, integrations, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as SME for ServiceNow SAM Pro configuration and architecture
Configure software discovery, license management, reconciliation, and compliance reporting
Integrate SAM Pro with ITSM, CMDB, and external procurement/finance systems
Lead data migration, cleansing, and audit readiness activities
Optimize SAM processes, workflows, and governance
Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting, and platform upgrade support

Required Qualifications

Active Secret clearance
15+ years of IT experience (Bachelor’s may substitute 5 years)
5+ years ITAM/SAM experience
3+ years ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation experience
Strong knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe)
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations (REST APIs)

Preferred

ServiceNow CTA/CMA, CIS-SAM, CSA
ITIL Foundation certification
