The team is deeply technical and hands-on, and this role is intentionally split roughly 50/50 between solution design and development. While there is an initial ramp period with a technical lead, they're looking for someone who can move quickly, think independently, and contribute with minimal hand-holding.

Required Skills & Experience - BS in CS or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
- Ability to design and implement new ETL solutions
- Strong Python and SQL abilities
- Experience with Snowflake
- Ability to communicate well and collaborate with a team
