Job Summary

Synechron seeks a Senior Python Developer with expertise in LangChain to design and deploy scalable AI-driven backend services and microservices. The role focuses on building robust applications leveraging large language models (LLMs), chains, and vector stores for enterprise solutions. This position involves technical leadership in Python ecosystems, ensuring high-performance code for AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and LangChain frameworks, including prompt templates, LLM chains, and document loaders.
Lead architecture for agentic AI applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Implement efficient back-end features, integrate front-end components, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and maintain version control with Git.
Build and manage vector databases (e.g., FAISS) with embeddings, text splitters, and similarity search for LLM-powered workflows.
Stay updated on Python trends, LangChain updates, and related tools like HuggingFace embeddings to optimize software performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 7+ years of Python development experience, including 2+ years in LangChain/LangGraph.
Proficiency in Python frameworks, design patterns, SOLID principles, and AI tools like OpenAI LLMs, FAISS, and sentence transformers.
Strong problem-solving skills, experience with AWS or containerized deployments, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with microservices, APIs, and enterprise AI applications.
Experience mentoring teams and delivering technical reports.
