Role Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT Product Management & Business Analysis team. In this role, you will identify, define, and document business processes and requirements to support technology initiatives and enhancements. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of new and improved processes and system functionality.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing complex problems, collaborating across teams, and supporting projects throughout the full lifecycle-from requirements gathering through testing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Work alongside subject matter experts in a collaborative team environment.
- Provide business analysis and project support to gather and document requirements from business stakeholders.
- Perform full project lifecycle activities, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure projects and enhancements run smoothly.
- Ensure project teams adhere to project plans while supporting milestone delivery and required documentation.
- Support requirements gathering, analysis, configuration, testing, and delivery activities.
- Conduct detailed analyses to identify issues, trends, and insights; develop clear recommendations.
- Document resolution options, future-state plans, specifications, and training materials.
- Draft test strategies and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis and/or quality assurance.
Skills & Experience - Experience in business analysis and quality assurance within technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify underlying issues and patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Awareness of industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
