As a Sr. Technology Engineer within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Dallas, TX, Cincinnati, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor onshore/offshore teams while driving best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and React/Angular.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and performance.
Lead and mentor development teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and UDeploy.
Optimize application performance through JVM profiling, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards using tools such as Dynatrace, Humio, or Splunk.
Ensure system stability, compliance, and adherence to security best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the application stack.
Drive adoption of DevOps practices and automation strategies.

Job Description- Leads in the development of the most complex new and emerging technologies and selects appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions. Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain technology solutions.
- Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
- Consults junior staff regarding complex issues and best practices.
- Provides a systematic analysis on the most complex client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered.
- Oversees the quality of complex project deliverables while ensuring that they are in compliance with relevant standards and processes.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $65,000.00 - $171,925.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
