ApTask Global Workforce (AGW) is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager V - position located in Menlo Park, CA. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone. Responsibilities: - Drive progress and ensure on-time delivery across multiple interdependent projects, proactively managing dependencies and risks using tailored project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Track and report project health with dynamic dashboards and KPIs, providing clear insights on progress, resources, budget, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of program data through rigorous validation, troubleshooting, and resolution of data issues to support reliable decision-making.
- Manage follow-ups, dependencies, and action items across teams independently, holding owners accountable and driving closure on critical tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, managing expectations, communicating program status, and facilitating alignment for successful outcomes.
Requirements: - Over 10-12 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure, collaborating with executive stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Proven experience with direct customer interaction.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and perform independent problem-solving.
Pay range: up to $168.16 per hour
